The hydraulic control valve is the valve controlled by water pressure. The hydraulic control valve is composed of a main valve and the attached catheter guide valve, the ball valve and the pressure gauge. According to the different functions and sites of the purpose of use, it can be evolved into the remote controlled floating ball valve, where the pressure relief valve is slowly closed.
The filter should be installed before the hydraulic control valve and should be easy to discharge.
Hydraulic control valve is a kind of self-lubricating valve body that USES water and does not need to be lubricated with additional oil. In case of damage to parts and components in the main valve, please follow the following instructions for disassembly:
1. First close the front and rear gate valve of the main valve.
2. Loosen the adapter screw on the main valve cover and release the internal pressure of the valve.
3. Remove all screws, including nuts for controlling the necessary copper pipe in the pipeline.
4. Remove the cover and spring.
5. Remove the shaft core, diaphragm and piston, and do not damage the diaphragm.
6. After removing the above items, check whether the diaphragm and o-ring are damaged; If there is no damage, please do not compete for its internal parts.
7. If the diaphragm or o-ring is found to be damaged, loosen the nut on the shaft core, break down the diaphragm or the o-ring one by one, and replace it with a new diaphragm or o-ring.
8. Inspect the inner seat and shaft core of the main valve in detail to see if there is any damage. If there is any other sundries, clean it out inside the main valve.
9. Assemble the replacement parts into the main valve in reverse order, and note that the valve cannot be stuck.
